What happens when your phone rings
The best way to judge a voice agent is to walk through one call end to end. Here is the whole path, from the greeting to the record it leaves behind.
The call is the demo: our agent answers, runs a two-minute readiness read on your business, and you hear exactly what your callers would.
One call, start to finish
The greeting says what is on the line
The agent answers on your line, in a voice chosen for your business, and identifies itself as an automated assistant in the first sentence. Callers are never left to guess whether they reached a person.
One question at a time
The agent asks plainly and asks once. It waits through pauses, takes spelled-out details like names and phone numbers at the caller's pace, and absorbs corrections mid-call. When a caller answers two questions in one breath, it captures both instead of re-asking.
It does the job or hands it off
Routine calls run to completion: the booking is taken, the message is recorded, the standard question is answered from your business's own information. Anything you have marked as human-only, and anything the agent is unsure about, goes to the handoff you chose, stated honestly to the caller.
Failure is graceful and bounded
When our systems have a bad moment mid-call, the agent says so plainly, apologizes, and invites the caller to ring back rather than looping or going silent. Those calls show up in our monitoring within fifteen minutes, and repeated trouble escalates straight to our team.
The call closes with a complete record
Every call ends with a finalized entry: who called, what was said on each turn, how it ended, and what the outcome was. A call record left half-written is an error on our side, and our own monitoring catches it automatically.
The accountability loop
You read what your callers heard
The transcript of any call is available to you on request, word for word. There is no summary standing between you and what the agent actually said.
You report, we trace
When you flag a call that went badly, we pull that transcript, confirm the facts, and fix the underlying cause. You get back what we found and what changed.
Incidents get worked the same business day
Anything that affects live service is treated as an incident. Wording tweaks and policy updates travel the same channel with a case number, so no request quietly disappears.
The records are yours
Call transcripts are treated as your business records. Access is limited to the people doing the work on your account, and we delete them on your request.
CALLER: Hi, I run a small plumbing company, about five of us.
AGENT: Hey, thanks for calling! You've got a plumbing crew of five, what are most of your incoming calls about?
CALLER: Most calls are scheduling and quotes, maybe ten percent emergencies.
AGENT: Got it, so scheduling and quotes are your bread and butter. Who's answering the phone for you right now?
CALLER: Right now just me answering when I can. We miss probably ten or fifteen calls a week.
